RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take pride in providing high-quality products and services to our valued customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
If for any reason you are not, we offer the following returns policy:
1. Eligibility: You may return a product within 7 days of receipt if it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. (EXCLUDING HANDBAGS AND ACCESSORIES, THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED)
All orders cannot be cancelled beyond 48 hours of order being placed.
No refund provided due to delay. Delay Coupon of UPTO AED 75 can be requested.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at the email address provided on our website. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
5. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product. We will replace the product or provide a refund, depending on your preference.•
Condition of Sneakers: Please note that some sneakers, particularly older or vintage pairs, may display signs of oxidation, such as yellowing on midsoles or other areas. This is a natural aging process caused by the materials used in their production and exposure over time. It is a common occurrence in older sneakers and does not affect their authenticity or structural integrity.
6. Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products, such as products with custom embroidery or printing, are not eligible for return or exchange.
8. Changes to Returns Policy: We reserve the right to modify this returns policy at any time, without notice. Please review this policy regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

If you are not satisfied with the good(s) you have received, you have the option to return the goods to us under the following return policy.
- Returns request will only be accepted within 3 days of the delivery date.
- There will be a return handling fee which is 25% of the total transaction payment.
- The buyer will be responsible for all the shipping fee involved (original shipping fee and return postage are non-refundable).
- The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Refund will be issued back to original payment method only.
Please contact us before returning us any product(s).
Once the return request is accepted by our team and the return address provided through email, customers must return the item back to us within 2 days with the return tracking number provided.
** Return of goods will not be accepted if the products/ boxes are damaged/ not in their original condition, or if the tags are removed.
** Products that are on Sale or Products in campaign activities, defect & quality issue items excluded.
